Thorpe St Andrew Town Council invite you to a FREE, fun-filled Community Fun Day on Wednesday 11th August!
Please join us at the Sir George Morse Park (Thorpe Rec, Laundry Lane) from 10:00am – 3:00pm for a “Picnic in the Park”, where we’ll have live music from both popular local singer Gary Winter and the dynamic Pirate Joe, a wood carving exhibition (using materials from the woods!), a mobile skatepark, some children’s fairground rides and plenty of ways for you to treat the kids, including pick ‘n’ mix sweets & ice cream!
The Little Park Café will be on hand for all your catering needs and are taking pre-bookings now if you’d like them to take the strain in preparing your picnic, so simply bring along your blanket, friends and family and enjoy a simple, safe community day enjoying the beautiful outside space!
