RE: Sunday’s Fireworks
Due to the weather over the last few days we are asking everyone to WALK to the park wherever possible.
If you are unable to walk, we have made an important last minute change to the parking arrangements.
The high school will now be used for BLUE BADGE HOLDERS ONLY.
All other traffic will now be directed to park at the Sir George Morse Park further up the road. There will be stewards from the football club to direct you where to park, and there will be no parking on the actual pitches.
This will be in line with the one-way system and road closure. Stewards will be patrolling the area throughout and cones will be positioned wherever possible.
All parking costs £2, cash only.
Once again, it is very important to WALK to the event if you are able, to avoid congestion and show consideration to residents.
