We have two allotment sites, they are on Newbury Way (Dussindale) and Hillside Avenue. If you are interested in a plot please contact the Town Council office (office@thorpestandrew-tc.gov.uk ) or call 01603 701048.

To enable us to offer a plot or put your name on the waiting list we will require your name and full postal address. You must be a resident of Thorpe St Andrew to be eligible.

Allotment cultivation has become a very popular pastime and there is strong demand for plots so there is normally a waiting list for both sites.

Tenancies are yearly and commence each 1st October. Allotment rents are reviewed by the Council annually and any rental changes take effect on the tenancy anniversary date. A deposit is also required at the start of a tenancy (£100 as at July 2025), which is fully refundable if the tenancy is not renewed, subject to the plot being left in a satisfactory condition.
